In Plateau des Poètes, one of the Parks in Beziers, you will discover, the Titan Fountain which stands 17 Metres high. It was sculpted by Jean-Antoine Injalbert. He was born in 1845 and died in 1933.
The Top of the sculpture is a bronze cast of Atlas carrying the weight of the world.
He stands on a stone base which is Pan, flanked by horses.
It looks magnificent and is even more spectacular when water is tumbling, down the face of this sculpture.
Dans Plateau des Poètes, l'un des parcs à Béziers, vous découvrirez, la fontaine de Titan qui représente 17 mètres de haut. Elle a été sculptée par Jean-Antoine Injalbert. Il est né en 1845 et mort en 1933.
Le Haut de la sculpture est un moulage en bronze d'Atlas portant le poids du monde.
Il se dresse sur un socle de pierre qui est Pan, flanqué par des chevaux.
Il est magnifique et est encore plus spectaculaire lorsque l'eau dégringole, sur le visage de cette sculpture.
