Edlesborough, St Mary's Church

While driving through Buckinghamshire you can view Edlesborough,
St Mary's Church standing majestically overlooking Aylesbury Vale.
The church was built in the 13th century though was altered in the 15th century, it was struck by lightning on March 28th 1824 causing fire damage but was repaired to its present day glory.
The church inside has a great display of medieval woodwork like the nave roofs, chancel, choir desks, stalls and more.
These days the church is in the care of the Churches Conservation Trust.
