Pulmeria, commonly known as Frangipani, is often found near Asian Temples and burial grounds. It is honoured by the Buddhist Monks as a symbol of immortality. In Sri Lanka it is sometimes known as the Tree of Life.
Frangipani has a long flowering season, during the winter months it is deciduous.
Frangipani will grow very easily from cuttings or seed.
